OUTPATIENT/AFTERCARE SERVICES

OUTPATIENT

IMPACT maintains an ongoing Outpatient/Aftercare program designed to aid residents in their adjustment to the community as chemical-free individuals. The program provides weekly group and personal counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and a strong supportive fellowship. Admission to the Outpatient/Aftercare program is carefully evaluated to insure maximum results.

A combination of approaches and activities enable the client to attain stated goals:

  • NA/AA meetings (6/week)
  • Individual counseling (1/week)
  • Family Group sessions (as needed)
  • Outpatient Group session (1/week)
  •  
  • NA or AA sponsorship (all clients)
  • Urinalysis testing (random)
  • Designated reading and writing assignments

  • AFTERCARE

    At the conclusion of residential treatment, clients are transferred to the Impact Aftercare component. The structure provides for a continuum of care through case management transition and ongoing treatment applications in a 3 to 6 month time frame. The program consists of group sessions, individual counseling, crisis intervention and a strong supportive fellowship. This aspect of clinical care maximizes the results attained in residential treatment and promotes a stable transition to the community.
