Human Resources & Organizational Leadership
- Director of Human Resources: Lead and oversee all human resources functions, including compliance, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, while supporting a healthy and mission-aligned workplace culture. Click here to apply for this position.
Licensed Practitioners of the Healing Arts (LPHA)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT): Guide individuals, couples, and families through their emotional and psychological challenges.
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT): Work under supervision to develop your skills while making a real difference.
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW): Provide support and services to individuals facing a variety of social and psychological difficulties.
- Registered Nurses (RN): Play a crucial role in managing the medical and psychiatric care of our clients.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP): Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders.
