Request for Qualifications (RFQ):

Impact is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) submissions from qualified Design-Build teams to design and construct two new behavioral health facilities in Pasadena, CA:

• Impact Foothill Recovery Outpatient Center – An approximately 5,800 SF multi-story outpatient facility expanding Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment capacity.
• Impact Penn Withdrawal and Recovery Center – An approximately 5,100 SF multi-story residential treatment facility providing clinically supervised withdrawal management services.

• RFQ Process: This RFQ will shortlist qualified Design-Build teams, who will then be invited to submit full proposals through an RFP process.

• Friday, March 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM (PST)
